GENERAL TERMS FROM THE HOTEL THAT YOU MUST AGREE TO IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

The price does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to €2 per apartment or studio per night. (It is not per person.) The tax must be paid upon arrival. It is mandatory in order for guests to be properly registered as staying at the location.

To book a stay at Hotel Laki in Nea Plagia, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable. If you are in a situation where you need to cancel your booking, the deposit can be used for a new reservation, which must be made within one year. The deposit will not be refunded but will be issued as a voucher for the amount already paid. The voucher can only be used by the person who made the original payment. If you cancel the second reservation made with the voucher, the deposit will be completely forfeited.

If you wish to reschedule your stay for the same season, this can be done no later than 20 days before the already booked date.

Guests can book accommodation based on availability at the time of the search. Please note that hotel units are booked consecutively.

Only the individuals listed in the reservation agreement may stay at the hotel. Third parties who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay.

All online payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Nexi XPay of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches the recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropirate key.
