The Studio Has One Double Bed and a Pull-Out Sofa

Ideal for a family with children.

There is a fully equipped kitchen located in a separate room within the apartment, and the kitchen also has access to the balcony. It is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare light meals, including utensils, a small refrigerator, electric kettle, cups, and dishes in quantities suitable for the studio. There is no oven, but there is a cooktop. A trash bin is also available in the kitchen.

The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet. The bathroom features a built-in tiled bathtub that serves as a shower, a toilet bowl, and a sink. Hand towels and a trash bin are provided. Each unit comes with face and body towels, as well as clean bed linens.

There is one wardrobe available for both bedrooms, located in the hallway, where you’ll also find a mirror.

The unit is equipped with an air conditioning system.

A key card is used to activate the electricity upon entry. Wi-Fi connection is available, and signal strength may vary depending on the number of connected devices.

Each balcony is equipped with a drying rack and clothespins. There is one table and four chairs per balcony. Each balcony also contains basic cleaning tools (broom, mop, and bucket) in case something is spilled on the floor.

The balcony also features a sunshade that provides protection from direct sunlight.

Suitable for 2 adults, with or without 2 children.
