The Ultra-Modern Studio Has a Balcony
The balcony is located at the front side of the hotel.

Studio Features:

The studio includes one double bed suitable for two adults. The bed is king-sized and provides comfort for all guests.
It also features a large pull-out sofa that can accommodate adult guests.
The studio has a capacity of up to four adults, but it is recommended for one couple (2 adults) or for 2 adults and 2 children (a family).
All beds are located in a shared space that also includes the kitchen, wardrobe, and television. The bathroom is part of the studio's open layout.

The studio offers a modern, fully equipped bathroom with a toilet. It features a spacious shower cabin, toilet bowl, sink, built-in hairdryer, and a waste bin. Each studio is provided with towels for face, hands, and body.

The studio's interior is fully modern and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light meals, with utensils provided according to the guest capacity. Amenities include an electric kettle for boiling water, a built-in electric stove, ventilation system, built-in refrigerator, work surface, and waste bin.

Each studio comes with basic cleaning tools such as a broom, mop, and bucket, placed on the balcony. Additionally, each balcony is equipped with a clothes drying rack and clothespins.

Every balcony features a table with four chairs. The kitchenware includes coffee mugs, allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee on the hotel balconies.
A sunshade on the balcony provides effective protection from the sun.

The studio is decorated with modern chandeliers and contemporary artwork to ensure a cozy and stylish atmosphere during your stay.
The front wall is entirely made of glass, allowing maximum natural light, while high-quality curtains guarantee complete darkness even during the day.

The studio includes a large plasma TV, a front door with an electric locking system, a ventilation system, and Wi-Fi connection. It is also equipped with an air conditioning unit, providing a comfortable stay both in the summer and winter seasons.

The studio features high ceilings with above-average height, giving you a greater sense of space and comfort.
